Please make sure you have read and understood the following terms and conditions which will apply or be applied before you purchase and after purchase, of any one of our products.

‘Tester’ refers to the combined MOT/Towbar tester known as ‘Pro-Tow’.

 

Conditions of Purchase.

1. The Pro-Tow tester carries a 12 month manufacturers warranty.  Right Connections will not be responsible for claims made which are a direct result of mis-use or neglect.
2. Any or every tester purchased MUST be used in accordance with the instructions as enclosed.  Right Connections will not be held responsible for using this tester for purposes other than which is was designed.
3. If a fault occurs with your tester after purchase, then you must contact Right Connections by email or telephone, PRIOR to any return of goods.  Having consulted with us, we will authorize collection of the goods and repair or replace as deemed necessary, following examination by Right Connections.
4. The tester MUST NOT under any circumstances, be modified or adapted.  If this condition applies, any warranty that would otherwise be valid, is rendered void.
5. Any purchase being made through Paypal can take a longer period than is otherwise normal.  This may be due to a number of security issues or breaches.  If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to state why your payment has been subject to this issue;  Therefore, when ordering, PLEASE ENTER YOUR DETAILS CAREFULLY in order that we can reduce such issues.
6. Should you accidently order more than the desired number of testers, PLEASE CONTACT RIGHT CONNECTIONS BY EMAIL OR TELEPHONE, for us to rectify this mistake.
